Stakeholders and residents celebrate Kathy turning the BIG 5-0 today by wishing her a Happy Birthday and giving her a balloon. It didn’t take her long to realize that she was going to get 50 balloons today. Sonny, the dog, was waiting patiently for his turn to give Kathy a balloon.
