We at Sunrise Manor are feeling so blessed today. We had a great Bible Study at Adult Day Care with the residents really participating in the discussions. We also have set our revival for October 16-18 here at the Nursing Home with Reverend Billy Curle being the evangelist and ask everyone to remember us in your prayers.

We had a great celebration today at Sunrise Manor. We celebrated the lives of ten of our precious residents who have gone on to be with the Lord. Residents, staff, and family members met in the chapel and shared songs, scriptures, and wonderful memories of the good times we had.We felt we have been blessed to have been a part of their lives.

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great revival we had at Sunrise Manor in Hodgenville. Bro. Billy Curle was the minister and preached 3 very inspiring messages. The resident remarked that it was like old times when they went to revivals at their home church. We had special singing each night and on the last night we had a resident sing a beautiful hymn. I feel we all left feeling revived and blessed to have been in God’s presence.
This was such a blessing to do the ‘Blessing of The Hands.’
The nurses, aids, therapy staff and everyone who participated was very appreciative. We read the ‘Blessing of the Hands,’ used the oil, and let them know what blessings they are to our home here. We let them know we could not be who we are without them and God’s help. I also did one with a therapist who was working with a resident.
God Bless,
